Here at Battersweet, LLC. Desserts & Catering, we appreciate and value input from our customers.  For this reason, we have designed the “Create Your Own” option.  This option allows you to choose from our wide selection of sweet batters, crusts, and toppings to create the cheesecake of your dreams.  Give us your ideas, we’ll give you our suggestions, and together we can make magic.

• Original ~ Our original vanilla batter baked on top of a sweet cracker crust and topped  with a  layer of whipped cream.
• Pumpkin ~ Made with Thanksgiving in mind, it’s a pumpkin pie with a cheesecake twist.
• Sweet Potato ~ Perfect for fall, our Sweet Potato cheesecake is made with real sweet potato and  everything that makes sweet potato pie irresistible.
• Kahlua® ~ Great for partygoers, this cheesecake is baked with real Kahlua® liqueur.  But  no worries, it will still have you below a .08!!!
• Key Lime ~ Smooth and refreshing, our Key Lime cheesecake is baked with real key lime  juice on top of a sweet cracker crust.
• Caramel Apple ~ Our sweet cinnamon batter baked with fresh apples on a cinnamon and brown  sugar cracker crust and topped with homemade caramel sauce.
• Mint Chocolate ~ Our sweet batter mixed with mint liqueur baked on top of a chocolate cracker  crust.
• Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ~ Our original vanilla batter mixed with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough  and baked on a chocolate cracker crust.
• Vanilla Bean ~ Our original vanilla batter laced with real vanilla beans and baked on a  shortbread crust.
• Sugar Free ~ Our batter sweetened with Splenda® and baked on a sweetened cracker crust.
• Dulce de Leche Caramel ~ Our original batter combined with Dulce de Leche on a sweet cracker crust and  topped with homemade Dulce de Leche sauce.
• White Chocolate ~ White chocolate flavored batter baked on a sweet cracker crust.
• Bailey’s® Irish Cream ~ A sweet combination, we mix our sweet batter with Bailey’s® Irish Cream to  create the perfect delectable dessert.
• Cappuccino ~ For the coffee lovers, our Cappuccino cheesecake is made with a coffee flavored  batter on a sweet chocolate cracker crust.
• Amaretto ~ A sweet, almond flavored cheesecake made with Amaretto on a sweet cracker  crust.
• Triple Chocolate ~ For our true chocolate lovers, this sinfully delicious cheesecake is made with a  sweet chocolate batter, baked on top of a chocolate cracker crust, and topped  with white chocolate mousse.
• Plain/Mint Chocolate Chip ~ Have it your way!  This cheesecake can be made with your choice of our  original sweet or mint flavored batter.  Chocolate chips are swirled in and it’s  baked on a chocolate cracker crust.
• Brownie Sundae ~ For our brownie sundae lovers, this cheesecake is made with our original sweet  batter, chunks of brownie, and topped with homemade whipped cream, crushed  peanuts, and chocolate sauce.
• Snickers® ~ Our sweet batter with swirls of chopped Snickers® pieces, baked on a chocolate  cracker crust, and topped with whipped cream, chocolate, caramel, and more  Snickers® pieces.
• Hershey’s® Milk Chocolate ~ Our sweet batter combined with Hershey’s® milk chocolate on a chocolate  cracker crust and topped with whipped cream and Hershey’s® syrup.
• Oreo® Cookies & Cream ~ Our sweet batter baked on a crust made of real Oreo® cookies and topped with  whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and more Oreo® cookies.
• Rocky Road ~ An ice cream favorite, our Rocky Road cheesecake is made with our original  sweet batter and baked on a chocolate cracker crust.  We then top it with  whipped cream, crushed peanuts, marshmallows, and chocolate sauce.
• Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup ~ Our original sweet batter with a hint of peanut butter, baked on a chocolate  cracker crust, and topped with whipped cream and mini Reese’s® peanut butter  cups.
• Caramel Pecan Turtle ~ Our original sweet batter baked on a chocolate cracker crust and topped with  caramelized pecans, caramel, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream.
