A little about the owner...

Ever since I was a little girl, I had a desire to cook.  I used to watch my grandmother, who worked for a well-known local toll-house, cook and bake for our family for hours on end.  I would get in the kitchen myself and experiment with different recipes, and would even be successful occasionally.  Years later, I decided to enroll in culinary school.  As graduation approached, we were required to complete a “final exam” in one of our baking classes. I chose to bake a Snickers® cheesecake.  It was such a huge success that I decided that cheesecake was my true passion.  Since then, I’ve been baking cheesecakes for close family, friends, and even coworkers.  I have a strong desire to share my passion with others by way of Battersweet, LLC. Desserts & Catering.  This has been a long and awesome journey.  Now, at this point, I can only hope that you will enjoy eating our delectable desserts as much as we enjoy baking and serving them to you.
